The Construction Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, productive working relationships with customers (architects, sub-contractors, engineers and distribution partners) at all levels of their organizations.The Project Construction Sales Manager develops practical and innovative ways of marketing new segment strategies and manages new and existing customer relationships to meet the goals and objectives of the business. Analyze sales potential and develop sales strategies, utilizing regional commercial operation resources necessary to achieve customer service levels.
Monitor customer satisfaction and propose / deliver corrective actions

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with at least four years’ experience in construction sales and/or project management. General Contracting knowledge.
Travel 60% within 300-mile radius of Star, NC
